The American Homeopath

We would just like to take a moment to recognize our volunteer editor Richa Eland for her perseverance and dedication to the enormous task of publishing a journal in just a few months' time. Thank you.

Thank you to Whole Health Now Books and Homeolab USA for supporting The American Homeopath journal. Without our advertisers, there would be no journal. It's not too late to place an ad, contact Liz for information.

ICH Conference

In our July update we informed our membership that NASH will be represented at the International Council of Homeopathy's inaugural meeting this fall in Germany by v.p. Kate Birch. We wish to extend our thanks to Kate for volunteering time from her personal trip to Europe to represent us at this landmark event.

Call for Articles

We encourage our members to write about homeopathy, and so we are delighted to bring you this invitation from Hpathy.com.

Hpathy.com, which hosts of the world's leading homeopathy e-journal (Homeopathy 4 Everyone) is sponsoring a dialogue on newer or non-traditional methods in homeopathy. I would like to invite you and the members of NASH to participate in this dialogue. We are currently accepting articles and cases related to that theme.

Examples would be Scholten's periodic table, Sankaran's teachings (with parallels to humanistic psychology), the use of kingdoms and families, non-classical provings, homeoprophylaxis, Chappell's genus chronicus remedies, the use of unproven remedies, electronically produced remedies, etc.

The purpose of this discussion is to deepen our understanding, dispel myths and enrich the community. Currently participating in this dialogue are Rajan Sankaran, George Vithoulkas, Jan Scholten, Rudi Verspoor, Peter Chappell, Jeremy Sherr, Isaac Golden and other homeopaths from around the world.

Writer's guidelines: Articles should include the method, theoretical basis, benefits and limitations. We are looking for articles that are constructive in approach, rather than just critical and which lay down the pros and cons of any approach. Please send articles and/or cases to: Dr. Manish Bhatia at: editor@hpathy.com

Questions or comments may be directed to Alanheal@aol.com

Thank you
Sincerely,
Alan V. Schmukler
