Biography

Carol York is a Certified Classical Homeopath (CCH #658).  She graduated in 2009 from the Vancouver Homeopathic Academy and is a registered member of the North American Society of Homeopaths and the Canadian Society of Homeopaths.

She has always had an interest in health and healing and believes that each person has the potential to heal themselves through the god given qualities of the mind-body-spirit connection.  However, throughout life this connection to ultimate health and well-being can become ‘stuck’ leaving a person in a state of dis-ease.

Homeopathy acts as a catalyst to remove this ‘stuck’ state of dis-ease thus allowing the person’s natural healing abilities to come forth and create a state of homeostasis.

Carol was born and raised in England.  While visiting Calgary in her early twenties she fell in love with a singer/musician and decided to make Canada her home.  Carol and her husband, Jordie, enjoyed 15 years of working together in the music business in Canada and England.  In the early 1990s Jordie was diagnosed with MS which propelled Carol further into her passion of health and healing.  She studied Reiki and became a Reiki Master which she found helped her husband in many ways.

Carol is a seeker by nature with a great desire to seek more knowledge in the healing arts.  This led her to pursue Homeopathy which is based on scientific principles and documented clinical trials.

The body is an organic machine.  Unlike a mechanical machine it develops, functions, defends, and repairs itself independently.  We are like fine instruments that need to be ‘in tune’ to work perfectly.   When we get ‘out of tune’ we become out of sync and dis-eased.

Carol welcomes all people of all ages to her practice and looks forward to ‘tuning’ you to your full potential.
